Hockey Championships in Nottingham …

Sunday 11th February proved to be a most eventful and exciting day for 10 of our senior girls. The skills they had practised during extra training sessions over a number of weekends were put to test when they participated in the National Hockey Tournament in Nottingham. After winning their first 3 games against club sides, they unfortunately lost to a strong Newark team in the semi-final. As staff and parents, we were extremely proud of their achievement. We certainly have some real Hockey talent in our school. Thank you girls for giving us such an exhibition of skilful play.
